Greg is excited to join the team of David Lyng Real Estate as an Associate Broker. He has lived in Santa Cruz for over 40 years. He has a B.S. degree in Marketing from San Jose State University. Greg has been a California Residential Appraiser for over 20 years. He brings extensive real estate experience in Santa Cruz, Monterey and Santa Clara Counties with him as he joins David Lyng Real Estate. In his appraisal career he has worked for major lending institutions including Security Pacific National Bank, Bank of America, GreenPoint Mortgage, World Savings and Wachovia Bank. Much of his career has been in appraisal management at the district, regional and divisional level.

Greg resides in Ben Lomond with his wife Elizabeth. They have lived in and have enjoyed many different communities in Santa Cruz County from the mountains to the sea. Their son Blake and daughter-in-law Katherine are living in the redwood trees above Soquel Village. Their daughter Emily is attending San Diego State University in pursuit of an art degree. Greg performs in a local classic rock band and has produced a CD of original music. Greg promises exceptional expertise and attention to detail and service to his clients.
